The COID Act 10 of 2022 came into effect in 2026. Key changes include extending coverage to employees, and Cardinal Insurance service ensures that employers are assisted in various industries to comply with these changes, avoid any administrative penalties for non-compliance, and, importantly, implement new rehabilitation and return-to-work programmes for injured employees.
